These Terms & Conditions govern your use of FoodFlick’s services, websites, and applications. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
FoodFlick provides a white-label SaaS online ordering platform for food businesses, including website/app deployment, menu setup, payment integration, and related support.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Subscription and Payment
- Monthly and annual subscription fees are billed in advance.
- One-time setup fees are billed before deployment.
- Annual subscriptions receive a 10% discount.
- Payments are processed via Stripe or other approved payment methods.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
- Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Service Usage
- You agree not to use FoodFlick for unlawful purposes.
- You are responsible for all content (menu items, images, descriptions) uploaded to your store.
- You must ensure compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., food safety, delivery regulations).
6. Intellectual Property
- FoodFlick retains ownership of the platform, code, and designs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You retain ownership of your brand assets and menu content.
7. Support
- Support availability depends on your subscription plan (Starter, Professional, Enterprise).
- Enterprise clients receive 24/7 priority support.
8. Service Updates and Modifications
- Feature updates are never applied automatically, except for critical security patches.
- Starter Plan: No feature updates included.
- Professional & Enterprise Plans: Eligible for on-demand feature updates upon request.
- Updates are applied only after client approval.
9. Service Availability
We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice where possible.
10. Limitation of Liability
FoodFlick is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
