1. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- Restaurant Clients placing orders via a restaurant powered by FoodFlick
- Restaurant Owners / Merchants using FoodFlick
- Partners / Affiliates referring restaurants
- Website Visitors browsing FoodFlick.app
This Privacy Policy does not apply to processing performed solely under instruction of a Restaurant where FoodFlick acts strictly as a Data Processor, or to third-party platforms not controlled by FoodFlick.
2. Who Is Responsible for Processing?
2.1 Data Controller
We act as Data Controller when processing account registrations, merchant subscriptions, website analytics, billing, marketing communications, and platform security monitoring.
2.2 Data Processor
We act as Data Processor when processing Restaurant Clients' order data on behalf of a Restaurant. In such cases, the Restaurant is the Data Controller and is responsible for its own privacy notices.
